Tuesday, May 5

By 3:00 PM — Arrive at Loews Hotel, check-in, registration, and badge pickup

Wednesday, May 6

Breakfast + lunch served at hotel
8:00 AM – 5:35 PM — General sessions + breakouts
7:00 PM — Regional team dinners
East, Central, West & Canada teams dine separately. Restaurants are within a 10-minute walk of the hotel.

Breakfast + lunch served at hotel
8:00 AM – 5:35 PM — General sessions + breakouts
6:30 PM — Group transportation departs hotel for Pat O'Brien's
7:00 PM – 11:00 PM — Closing wrap party | Pat O'Brien's

Know Before You Go

Arrival & Check-In

Please plan to arrive at Loews New Orleans Hotel by 3:00 PM on Tuesday, May 5.

The hotel has been informed of our arrival schedule and will make every effort to accommodate early check-ins.

If your room is not yet ready, the front desk will gladly store your luggage until it becomes available.

Your hotel confirmation number will be emailed to you along with an Uber Voucher to cover travel expenses (for more details, see below) in advance of the event.

A dedicated registration desk will be available onsite for:

  • Event badge pickup
  • Welcome materials
  • Final agenda and regional dinner details

 

Lenovo Notebook Swap

As part of this year’s STARS NTM experience, you’ll be swapping your existing Lenovo laptop for your new Yoga 7 14" 2-in-1 during the event. To ensure a smooth handoff, please bring your current Lenovo notebook and its power adapter with you to New Orleans.

If you arrive without your old device, we won’t be able to complete the swap on-site. There’s no need to wipe your notebook ahead of time; however, if you have files you’d like to keep, make sure they’re backed up before turning it in.

 

Transportation

Airport Transfers

Use your Uber vouchers to cover travel to and from the airport.

Regional Dinners (Wednesday)

Attendees are responsible for making their own way to dinner on Wednesday evening.

All restaurant locations are within a 10-minute walk from Loews Hotel.

Wrap Party (Thursday)

Group transportation will depart from outside the hotel at 6:30 PM.

Weather & Packing Tips

May in New Orleans is typically warm and humid.

Expected temperatures:

  • 22–30°C
  • 72–86°F

Recommended:

  • Lightweight business casual attire
  • Comfortable walking shoes
  • A light layer for indoor meeting rooms
  • Evening attire for receptions and wrap party

Hotel & Stay Details 

A room block has been reserved at Loews New Orleans Hotel for May 5–8.

Check-In: 4:00 PM
Check-Out: 11:00 AM

While standard check-in begins at 4:00 PM, the hotel will make every effort to accommodate early arrivals.

If rooms are not ready, luggage storage will be available.

Friday breakfast will be covered via provided meal voucher, as no group breakfast is scheduled.

Dietary Needs

All submitted dietary restrictions and allergies have already been shared with the hotel catering team and restaurant partners.

No further action is required unless your needs have recently changed.

Loews New Orleans Hotel is fully accessible.

If you require mobility, sensory, or other accommodations, please let the event team know in advance so we can ensure a seamless experience.
